Too fast. In a blink of an eye, my daughter (2nd kid) is already 22 months YOUNG. Now, she's already accomplishing many feats which took her brother slightly longer to achieve, such as walking with slippers, wearing her shoes and pants, feeding herself etc. When my firstborn was her age, I always thought even he grew up too fast, but I felt I could always fall back on my second born for that 'love playing with baby' feel (because my wife and I decided that we wanted to have two kids). You know, the joy of playing with their baby fats, the fun of watching them attempting to do what we adults tried to do, the waves of laughter and giggles that filled the entire house with happiness etc.But now, I could only cherish this precious time as much as possible before she outgrows this baby phase and starts to have her own opinion, to want to do things her way, have her own say or even talk/rebuke me.I only dread that I have to work more than I'd like to. To be honest, I could spend all day just watching her do her things and spend her time by herself.Slow down a little, little one. I'm not done playing with your cheeks while you giggle YET. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2lQS88J
