Our two yr old is going through the fussy food stage. Im exclusively breastfeeding our 4m old so convenience is our friend. He loves these custards at the moment but if we let him, he’ll down 6+ in one sitting. He can also open all cupboards an drawers within his range. To counter this we hide them in a high cupboard but not the whole supply. We put it in multiple spots in case he eats them all or sees just how many we truly have the clever snot.He will tap an gesture for his custard fix but once the stash is empty it is empty for the day, he will still try though. We must then secretly refill the stash for the next day and sometimes we forget so we use some misdirection so one of us can do it.The funny thing is that we realised he must think the cupboard has endless custard cos when he checks and its empty, he then comes back later and its full again.Who said parenting wasn’t fun? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/36iAi0H
