I love my daughter

Yesterday i was getting ready to pick up my son from after school and i notice my daughter in the kitchen letting out a hiccup, then another. Her eyes grow wide, she smiles and she turns to me and goes "I'm hiccuping!!!!" I go "yep you sure are" She goes "And i know how to get rid of them!!" I see her dissapear and come back with a book. She opens it to a page and then grabs a pencil, then to the kitchen for some water. All this while hiccuping. I walk over to take a peek at the book and its some little kid science facts book. She then bites on the pencil and muffles "Ok, this is the first experiment." I burst out laughing. It's like she'd been waiting and waiting to get hiccups and anticipating to do this hiccup experiment. I'm still smiling today thinking about it. She's only 5 but so sharp for her age...i know this isn't asking for advice or anything but i just wanted to share. Its little moments like that where i am just so filled with love for this baby girl via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/30b9OiF
