UK here, but I suppose it's a universal issue. We have an 18 month old, and while school is a while away, bullying is already on my mind. I was bullied at school, not a huge amount, but more than the average.I've changed as a person since school and don't put up with bullying or intimidation in any form any longer. I address it when I feel in any way bullied, I'm extremely confrontational when needed. But now with a child, it's a catch 22 situation. If you deal with it through the school, you're depending on them dealing with it wholly, and from everything I've read, schools are great, but always have to admit that bullying will always exist in some form or another. Dealing with the parents directly would be my initial thought, but that wouldn't deal with the school's lack of awareness/bullying prevention.Anyone with any success stories? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2ZFCHT1
