My son, 22 months old, started using 'thank you' all on his own. I've been really trying hard to instill 'please' and 'thank you' for a while now. While he's got the please down pretty well, he struggled somewhat with thank you. And just two days ago, he asked for his water bottle, and once I gave it to him, he said: Thank you, mama! That feeling was great !!!!Since then he won't stop thanking me for cleaning his butt:) , making him lunch, letting him watch a cartoon...Parents, keep working with your kids, the pay off feels amazing! :) via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2qKPLGa
