Raising a trilingual (Korean, Mexican, English) 3 month old baby in the US. How should we go about it?

I'm from South Korea, husband is from Mexico, we met in the US and just had a baby here. We both speak English to each other and we have a very basic level of grasp in each other's language. We'd like to raise our baby speaking all 3 languages, and from what I've seen from other people, one parent would exclusively speak in their native language to the kid. Although this is similar to some articles I've read online, I feel like if I were to speak Korean to the baby while my husband is around, it feels like I'm excluding him from the interaction, and vise versa. So for now we are speaking English to our baby when the other parent is around as well, while we stick to each other's native language when the other parent is not around. Are there better strategies you'd like to recommend? Any articles to reference to? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2Pl0Qaf
