What should I do?

I have 3 kids 16 m 13 f and 11 f. 2 weeks ago it was the 11yr old birthday and she recived alot of money. The oldest didn't attended her party so he had no idea she had recived any money.as of thursday I know she had one 20 and a hundred dollar bill in her wallet. Today when we went to the store all she had was two 20's and 10. I know for a fact that she didn't go anywhere or even had a chance to break that hundred. I know me or my husband didn't spend that money so there for it has to be one of the older two. No one is admitting to it and I have no proof who took the money. I am 1000% sure it wasn't me my husband or my youngest daughter. There were no friends or anyone else in the house who could of taken it. Should I punish everyone UNTILL someone comes clean. Idk what to do.i have no proof I went threw there things no sign either one has had any money but there are no other suspects. I have been having some issues with the oldest about school. But the middle one is honor student who always behaves. How should I go about this?someone took the money but no one is admitting guilt and I have zero proof. via /r/Parenting http://bit.ly/2ZHifNQ
