Parenting plan is back in effect and I miss my kids.

My children’s father and I recently worked out a parenting plan and they are going to his house every other weekend. They don’t want to go and I don’t want them to go, but it is court ordered, so for right now they have to. Their dad is a POS, but that is a whole other story.They left at 6 on Friday and come back at 6 tonight. I miss them so much. Their dad has only recently come into their lives, so I have always had them and don’t know what to do with myself without them. The week the new plan started, the guy I had been with for almost a year broke up with me. We had talked about all the things we would do to keep me occupied while they were gone because he knew how upset I was about them going, but now I’m going through this alone.Now I sit alone on my couch, bored out of my mind and so lonely. I think most parents probably enjoy a break now and then, but I miss them so much. My house is clean, laundry is done, don’t feel like going shopping, so what do I do to keep myself occupied?Just looking for some support from other single moms (or dads). via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2PsOWty
