It sounds obvious, right? But, when my 4 year old started pre-K this week, it never even crossed my mind to tell him that if he ever started feeling sick (feverish, sure throat, upset tummy) at school, he should tell his teacher and they'd call mommy too come and get him.Today at pick up, I took one look at my flushed, exhausted looking little guy and t KNEW he was sick. I touched his skin and he was hot to the touch. He then burst into tears telling me how bad he felt and that he was thirsty. His temp when we got home was 102.8° even after the water I gave him in the car!So, we're spending the day having cuddles, eating popsicles, and monitoring this fever. We've also now discussed what to do in the future if he ever starts feeling bad at school.Learn from my mom fail. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/2w8vHhI
