Kids public elementary school has a Christian club on display front and center at open house...is that allowed?

Picture here is the very first thing we saw at open house We’re not religious but of course I don’t have any problem with people practicing....unless it’s at my kids (public) school. Why is this one of the main things the school is promoting? Why are school resources even being devoted to this? I guess since it’s a club it’s “allowed”, but it feels like something sanctioned by the school. My kid certainly doesn’t understand the difference.
