Nephew with severe allergy to milk and eggs, can I get a little advice?

Hope it's okay to post this here. I am a parent of two little girls, but this one is about my nephew.My brother and his wife just moved back to our home state after eight years of living elsewhere. My nephew is seven years old and as the title says, he has severe allergies to milk (I believe it's the protein in the milk that he's allergic to) and eggs. As such he lives a pretty much vegan lifestyle. He still eats fish and chicken though so not strictly vegan.So now that he is going to be in my life often and I may be caring for him on occasion, I'd like to know what to expect, what to feed him, how to handle day to day with a kid with severe allergies. If anyone has any advice, articles, food suggestions I'm all ears.Side note, he can't even touch milk or egg (like the inside, he can touch the shell lol) without getting hives.Thanks for any input you may have.
