Book that explains the best way for toddlers to learn?

My son is now three and I feel that my wife and I should start a more focused and consistent learning regime. I am a SAHD and hence have more time than most to aid my son’s development. Not all families – perhaps most families – have that luxury. I should use it.Looking at Amazon, there are dozens of books on how children learn and the best way for children to develop. Do you have any recommendations? We have books, flashcards, toys that claim to be educational, etc. He draws, paints, makes stuff, looks at pictures which we discuss, etc.I am not talking about hours of intense study every day! Simply a resource or two that can provide a helpful introduction to people, like me, who have never investigated the mechanics of child learning. Many thanks! via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2uecatt
