My boys are 4 and 6 years old. They've obviously been potty trained, but they both still wear pullups to bed, and they both use them pretty much every night. This is especially bothersome in the case of the 6 y/o. We actually had to switch brands recently when the ones we were buying no longer fit and there was no size up. He's starting to feel some embarrassment about it, and while we're not trying to shame him or give him a complex, we've told him he can't do sleepovers until he's got it sorted out. His buddy was over a while back and my wife had a package of pullups out ready to go upstairs after shopping. His friend saw them, and my son told him they were his little brother's. I heard this and caught his eye. I told him it was not cool to throw his brother under the bus but also that I understood and would let it slide.I'm thinking he's "ready," whatever that means. The doc says it's normal up to school age. Well, he's school age. My memories aren't reliable, but I'm pretty sure I didn't wear a diaper to bed at six [they didn't have "pullups" back then].Are they going to stop on their own, or is there something we should be doing? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2gxHw7d
