Nap time schedule and help

My twins will be 12 mo old in one week. I used to be able to get them to snuggle on the couch and take a nap. But lately they won't nap at all during the day until like an hour before bed. Which i then have to either wake them up to feed them dinner, or let them sleep and be awake at 3 am because they won't go back to bed. How do i get them to nap? They eye rub and yawn, but when i try to soothe them down, they fight it into huge fits and it becomes stressful on all of us. Daddy included (he works from home) Do i just put them in their cribs and let them fuss? Cause i did that a few times and now they hate the nursery.At night, we read a story at 6 and they're in bed at 630. They wake up around 9 usually for a feeding, then they go back down until around 2 or 3. Generally they're up for the day at that point.I'm at a loss and not producing milk as much as i should be as I'm not getting enough rest. Help me out, please. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2gzG9Yr
