My stepson called us tonight a few hours after my husband dropped him back at his Mom's house, to tell us he had "bugs" in his hair. His Mom washed his hair with vinegar. She did not try and comb or oil his hair. We don't know for sure if it's lice, but will check next weekend when we see them again. How could I treat this if he does have them? His hair is very curly, and getting a fine metal comb through it would be impossible, and maybe painful.
