Tried to potty train twins at 20 months..

Around 15-20 months, my daughter became interested in the potty. So I got a floor potty. Then a seat for the big toilet. Had a few successful trips. Did a full week of diaperless (sans nap time). Not a single time did she go in the potty. Her brother doesn't care.. he will continue to run while he's peeing. So now they're 23 months old. I have underwear for them, and we cloth diaper. So whenever I start on Monday.. or even Sunday night.. I let them run around without diapers on. My daughter is good at telling me when she needs to potty (... a little too late. "Potty!" and then she does. At least she kinda gets it..) But then I go to work on saturday morning and am back in the afternoon. They are with daddy during this time and it seems like all my hard work to get them to potty train is, well, down the drain. Help please? It's like I'm training not only my twin toddlers but their dad as well. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2j6G0yO
