I am a special needs tutor for a 15 year old girl. One of her challenges is social interaction and she has had a difficult time maintaining friendships from her younger years as her same-aged peers don’t share her interests anymore. She has begun seeking online interaction, which she says is easier to follow and gives her time to think and formulate better responses than she would in face to face conversation.Unfortunately each time she tries to make innocent, friendly conversation, the recipient immediately makes it sexual and inappropriate. She tried using Omegle which connects you instantly to strangers, but she’s averaging 4 out of 5 conversations becoming wildly inappropriate within seconds.Do safe chat rooms exist anymore?
