Healthy drinks for toddlers?


My daughter does not like to drink water very much. She drinks it with meals, but not really any other time. I’m trying to find something healthy for her. I’m not a huge fan of juice since it’s so sugary and I don’t want her to drink too much milk because I don’t want to set her up to fail with childhood obesity. She drinks ~16 oz a day (we water it down so it’s like 32 oz of fluid).I got her one of those crystal light things that you add to water to make it taste better, but I’m worried about the sucrolose.
