Mother of child won't stop freaking out

The mother of my child who is almost two will not stop freaking out. She constantly claims he has hurt himself in some medically serious way (ie. He was choking, he hit his head, ect) and when I arrive at the E.R. or urgent care my child is absolutely fine and the medical professionals say there is nothing wrong with him. She does this at least once a month. But the issue is that she seems to just be trying to get attention. Most recent example she claims he was chocking himself with his car seat straps. When she tried to remove him he hit his head hard. She completely left the hit his head part out of the conversation until seveal messages later. Am I being a bad father by not running to the ER. at every whim of hers? I fear she may try to use this to take my child away from me. (Father wasn't there/ didn't care ect) She has even blocked me from coming into the E.R. to see my son before. via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2tdfDII
