16mo w/ Repeat blister/bleeding diaper rash, but only from daycare. Trying to narrow down possible causes.

Our daughter has had a persistent problem since starting daycare. About once a week she comes home with a diaper rash so bad it has white blisters. This has made every diaper change and bath agony for her. She's terrified of baths now because the warm water hurts so much for her. We've tried providing the daycare with water wipes, aquaphor, and desitin. No one else at the day care seems to be having these issues and I don't think anything ill of the caretakers aside from them not getting to change her as fast as we can as she home. We're just trying to get ideas of what we can do to pinpoint the source of this severe diaper rash. If she's allergic to a food we need a Doctor's note to prove that so how do we get that if that's what the cause is? Do they have a test for that is her bleeding sufficient? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2qGFHcU
