My toddler absolutely loves to label things, and goes around pointing out things and naming them, will ask for a snack, water, milk, a kiss, etc, but also spends lots of time just babbling gibberish and looking at us while she does as if we understand what she says. However, I’m mostly concerned about the fact that she isn’t stringing together two-word sentences yet. Is this a reason to pursue speech therapy? Is 70-80 words good for this age? And is it normal for her to still be babbling even though she has this many words?TL;DR - Toddler names things and communicates with us, but still babbles frequently and isn’t putting together sentences yet. Should we be concerned? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2FJ4V2R
