My baby is 12 months old and really, really likes to climb stairs. He's good at it, too. He climbs on all fours and I follow along behind him on my knees when it's "approved" stair climbing, but he'll also head straight for the stairs any time he thinks you're not looking, and there have been a few times that I turned my back on him to look for his other shoe as we were getting ready in the morning, and turned back to find him halfway up the stairs. I know at some point he'll have free run of the whole house, but I'm not sure when that point is. Is it when he's walking? When he can get back down the stairs by himself? When he can hold the railing? via /r/Parenting http://ift.tt/2zpD5Yo
