He used to be on a great schedule of 2 naps, first from 9-10am and second from 2-3pm. Bed at 7pm, wake up at 6:40am and repeat. He started consistently refusing his second nap and we would have 8 straight hours of awake time and it was hell. So I started pushing his first nap closer to noon. He usually only makes it to around 11am. He sleeps for 1 hour and wakes up screaming and stays in the worst mood ever for hours. He clearly needs to sleep longer but he won't. I've tried CIO, putting him in the car immediately and driving around, rocking him back to sleep, nothing works, he just wants to be awake and angry.I've also moved his bedtime earlier to make up for the lost hour of sleep but he just ends up falling asleep at the same time or even later and sometimes wakes up even earlier the next morning. I've tried going back to 2 naps but he just refuses the 2nd nap and is back to 8 hours of cranky awake time.
